Who we are

EUReady is a Shopify application that helps merchants display EU product safety information (GPSR) and prepare packaging compliance reports (EPR). Contact: hello@geteuready.com.

What data we collect

Store information: your shop domain and the access token Shopify provides when you install the app.
Compliance settings: the manufacturer and EU responsible person details you enter in the app.
Product data: the app reads your product titles, types, tags and compliance metafields to run scans, and writes compliance metafields when you ask it to. This data stays in your Shopify store.

What we do NOT collect

No customer data. The app never reads, stores or processes your customers' personal information.
No payment data. Billing is handled entirely by Shopify.
No tracking pixels, no advertising identifiers, no sale of data to third parties. Ever.

Data retention and deletion

If you uninstall the app, Shopify notifies us and all data related to your store (settings and session tokens) is permanently deleted from our systems within 48 hours, in line with Shopify's mandatory privacy webhooks.

Where data is stored

App data is stored on servers located in the EU or the US, protected by encryption in transit. Access is limited to the app's operator.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the data we hold about your store at any time: email hello@geteuready.com and we will respond within 30 days.
